Laredo Main Street has been selected to receive a Heritage Award from the Webb County Heritage Foundation for its work in promoting the downtown traditions through the establishment of the Laredo Farmers’ Market. Members and staff will be receiving the Preservation of Folklore, Customs, and Traditions Award which is presented in recognition of the perpetuation of folklore, customs, and traditions.
